Prices

Domaine de Palanchou is available all year round. Every season has its own charm. From lazy days at the pool in summer, to cosy hours near the wood burner in October. The house can also be rented for a week with arrival and departure day on Sunday. Please check if you want a different number of days, we will do our utmost to make your stay enjoyable.

The main house is suitable for 6 (3 bedrooms) and the Gîte for 2 (plus one small child).

The Gîte can also be rented, inquire about costs. The main house and the Gîte are never rented out to two different tour groups at the same time.

Tarieven 2025 (arrival or departure day on Sunday)

Laag: april, mei, oktober (m.u.v. de meivakantie en de herfstvakantie): €1570,- per week

Midden: juni, september en schoolvakanties* (m.u.v. juli en augustus): €2284,- per week

Hoog: Juli en augustus: €3087,- per week

Toeristenbelasting is per 1 januari 2025 bekend en wordt doorberekend met de restbetaling.

*Wij hanteren de Nederlandse schoolvakanties. 

Our domain has, in addition to a wood stove in the kitchen and living room, central heating in all rooms.

We would like to clean Domaine de Palanchou properly for you and the next guests. That is why it is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and we ask you to leave before 10 a.m.

For who?

Domaine de Palanchou is great for children of all ages, especially young children. Grandparents may stay in the Gîte for their so much required privacy! The domain is also suitable for groups of friends or families up to 10 guests.

Conditions

To request

As soon as you have sent your request, we will answer it as soon as possible. We will then ask you for a 50% deposit as a booking confirmation. The remaining rental amount must be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

We charge a €250 deposit. You will receive this deposit back within 14 days after your stay if you have left the house tidy and according to the checklist upon departure.

Cancellation policy

If you want to cancel your stay, we are of course very sorry. We have to charge costs for this because we have not been able to promise the property to others.

  • cancellation more than 3 months (84 days) before arrival: 25% of the travel sum
  • cancellation between 2 and 3 months (84-56 days) before arrival: 50% of the travel sum
  • cancellation 2 months to 1 month (56-28 days) before arrival: 75% of the travel sum
  • cancellation 1 month (28-0 days) before arrival: 100%

A possible cancellation must be made by telephone on +31 (6) 11320371, you will always receive a confirmation by email.

Other conditions

We are not liable for injury to guests. We are also not liable for damage or loss of goods brought by a guest. The guest indemnifies La Maison Palanchou located in Auradou against claims from guests in this regard. Guests are jointly and severally liable for all actions that lead to damage or loss of goods and / or injury to third parties. The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry also apply to all our reservations, which can be found at www.khn.nl www.khn.nlwaar

The delicious and renowned Agen prunes originate from Lot-et-Garonne. The house also has a centuries old oven in which the prunes used to be dried for 24 hours.
